Hello! I've recently got into make up HARDCORE. I wasn't feeling all the great about how much effort I was putting into myself, and decided I needed a change!

I'm not a make up genius or going to give make-up tutorials, but I'm going to tell you what I like and what works for me! I have to get up at 5am everyday for school, so I was always looking for something quick, easy and natural. An extra five minutes, is an extra five minutes, ya know?! I also needed it to get me through the day. I also have a second job, so long lasting and good quality was what I needed! A friend of mine is SUPER into make up and helped me find the perfect products for me. It took a while, and a lot of trial and error... But that's what makes it fun right?

I'm very excited to share what I use for an EVERYDAY face. 
It takes me about 15 minutes to complete my face. 
This really took a lot of practice, haha I cannot stress that enough. 

Naked 2 Basics: AMAZING palette! Such simple colors that you can wear for everyday and add some sparkle for going out. But Urban Decay never disappoints, honestly. 
Make-up Forever Graphic Eyeliner:  Literally the most AMAZING eyeliner EVER. I've tried so many, and the felt tip makes it so freaking easy to put on! Worth every penny!
bareMinerals Complexion Rescue:  I went into bareMinerals looking for mascara and I came out with their foundation, and I'm so glad I just went for it! I was having an issue with breaking out from my old foundation, so I know I needed a change. This is great and a good medium coverage. I don't feel "cakey" at all!
Buxom Illuminizer: What girl doesn't want to add a little glow?! My friend gave me this to try out and I love the light glow it gave my skin! Especially since I'm on the pale side...
Smashbox Contour kit: Another friend recommendation, and I'm OBSESSED. I'm so hardcore into the contour game its crazy. And by hardcore I mean seriously practicing haha. I didn't know it was so quick and easy to do! It can change your look in such a great way. Hello my name is Laura and I'm contour addicted.
Stila Aqua Glow Concealer: I get those TERRIBLE dark circles. It's so annoying and this concealer does an awesome job at coving those bad boys up for me. I wish it came in a bigger tube, but it's fantastic. I have never really used the Stila brand unit this!
bareMinerals Lash Domination Mascara: Yes yes and YES! I've been using this mascara since it came out in the store and I will never use anything else. It's amazing and lasts longer than your average!


Again, I am not a make up expert or claim to KNOW IT ALL but these are what I like and work for my skin. I love wearing make up and feeling pretty. I mean, who doesn't like that sometimes?
But SIMPLE and EASY is what I'm all about living my crazy life!
